Shipping Information

Orders will ship within one week from when they are placed, packed with love from Bethlehem, PA. Please note that processing/shipping times during holiday seasons and shop updates may be longer than usual. Currently we are only two folks fulfilling all orders; we appreciate your patience!

If you would like us to expedite shipping your order, please contact us immediately via hello@catmintstudios.com.

Domestic orders: The shipping price for orders placed within the US is a flat rate of $5.00. If your order total exceeds $50, your order will be automatically upgraded to include insured shipping at an additional $1.00 ($6.00 total). All domestic orders are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number. Orders shipped via USPS can be tracked using the USPS tracking portal. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

International orders: The shipping price for orders placed outside the US is a flat rate of $13.00. If your order total exceeds $50, your order will be automatically upgraded to include insured shipping at an additional $2.00 ($15.00 total). Because tracking numbers update after packages have left the US, tracking availability for international orders may vary by country. Please use the USPS tracking portal to track your order. If your provided tracking number contains AHOY, you may use the Asendia tracking portal to track your order. Please allow 2-6 weeks for international orders to arrive. Please note that international shipping rates are determined by USPS standards and cannot be adjusted at this time. Please note that we cannot ship to the UK, Russia, and countries in the EU through Shopify at this time. 

Preorder Items

Please read individual preorder item listings for specified shipping times.

If you order preorder items alongside other items, your entire order will not ship until the preorder items are ready. If you'd like your other items sent earlier, you must place two separate orders.

Returned Packages

Orders are shipped to the address provided to us. Please make sure your shipping information (name and address) are correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrectly provided address, you can pay the fee to reship your order to a valid address. If your provided address was correct but was undeliverable for a reason beyond your control, and you'd like us to resend it (either to the same address or an alternate address), we will split the shipping cost. For all other shipping issues, please contact us to discuss options.

Package Never Arrived

If tracking continues to show "in transit": Sometimes orders are delayed along the way, or not scanned properly at certain checkpoints. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if there look to be delays in the scanning process. If you are concerned regarding the tracking status of your domestic order, please allow 3 weeks from the shipping day to allow the tracking to update. If you are international, please allow 6 weeks from the shipping day to allow the tracking to update. After these timeframes, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss next steps.

If marked as delivered: Sometimes orders are marked as delivered by the carrier but have not actually arrived to their destination yet. Please allow a few days for your order to show up. If your order still has not arrived and has been marked as delivered, we recommend reaching out to your local post office to inquire. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

Error In Your Order

If we have made an error in the items shipped to you or something arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP at hello@catmintstudios.com and include your name, order number, and a clear photo of all item(s) (and/or damages) included in your order. 

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us ASAP if you need to modify your order. If your order is packed and/or shipped by the time you reach out to us, it cannot be modified.

We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

If you believe your order was placed in error, please contact us ASAP. We cannot cancel orders that have already been packed and/or shipped.
