Shipping & Fulfillment

When will my order ship?

Orders will ship within one week from when they are placed, packed with love from Bethlehem, PA. Please note that processing/shipping times during holiday seasons and shop updates may be longer than usual. Currently we are only two folks fulfilling all orders; we appreciate your patience!

If you order preorder items alongside other items, your entire order will not ship until the preorder items are ready. If you'd like your other items sent earlier, you must place two separate orders.

I made a mistake in my order. What do I do?

If you made a mistake in your order, please email us ASAP at hello@catmintstudios.com with your full name, order number, and the item(s) you need adjusted. Please note that we cannot adjust any orders that have already been packed and/or shipped.

I placed more than one order by mistake. Can I combine them?

If you have placed 2 or more orders and none have shipped yet, please contact us ASAP and we can combine them for you. You will receive a refund of the excess shipping cost if applicable. Please note that we CANNOT combine any orders that already have shipping labels created. We will not combine orders unless asked to do so.

My tracking says "delivered," but I don't see my item.

Sometimes orders are marked as delivered by the carrier but have not actually arrived to their destination yet. Please allow a few days for your order to show up. If your order still has not arrived and has been marked as delivered, we recommend reaching out to your local post office to inquire. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

Product Questions

Can you make a custom _____?

No. We do not offer any custom items at this time. For all Pride items (and all items in general), the only options available are the exact ones shown in the listings.

I forgot to tell you which "Pick Any 2" (etc) I want! What now?

Please contact us ASAP with your name & order number through our contact form, or email us at hello@catmintstudios.com.

Are your stickers water/weather resistant?

All of our stickers, including holographic ones, are vinyl (and therefore water & weather resistant) UNLESS stated otherwise in the details.
